Resources for the guild

A resource day or small donations through out the week ? Either way we have to and will have one of the two.Having a Guild Hall now leaves no reason not to collect resources for the guild.The resources sure do get used so....We need to figure out the best way to replenish those resources being consumed.The effort of the whole guild would be nice and shouldn't be to much of a problem.

Me and another council member was just shooting the bull when a mutual friend in formed us about how they had almost 1 million planks. I thought to myself and that is 1 person doing it by herself wow and we have over 50 people in this family (guild) and a good 20 of us active most days and weeks.Sometimes we have 20 or more on in a day at a time.

So we are going to hold a poll on resource gathering.One day a week or a little bit through out the week and turn in on a certain day of the week and what day of the week will that be ?Let's make a decision as a majority vote from our family.

i left it multiple choice because we need some kind of structure with our resource officers.

>how much of it
>when is it due
>where/who does it go to

supplies which the guild requires:
>alchemy ingredients
>gemstones, pearls
>harvests ( seeds & cloths/baking )
>jewelrymaking ores
>transitional equipment ( including resources for craftables )
>guildhall building materials ( storage, storage, storage )


what's missing?

I would hope for the guild to start putting the resources in the correct placements in the guild vaults provided.When room for the resources becomes a problem and we need more room , more vaults and better organization will be placed but for now we have plenty of room for resources.Please do not worry about the room in the vaults that hold armor/weapons etc...more vaults are coming as soon as we NEED them.Now there is no reason to purchase more vaults...the ones we have are not even full maybe reorganized but no need for more vaults yet unless someone has a specific reason for one or two and what to purchase them theirs selves and i will gladly place them where and when you want me too...this must be logical and within reason.......

After this poll is finalized and we have decided when and what we will do as too resource day/days....The council will make a forum thread where everyone can post what they have donated and when with the edit option as always so we do not have 10,000 post from the same person from every time they have donated something.....

i agree with ya TL,i do believe that we should put a forum in on who is taking what out and puting what in!! i like the idea!

and on the other note about the person with all the planks(i know who) thier is a very good reason why she has all that,and that is because she tryed to help out the guild,but when peeps see some1 putting that much resource in the GVs the others think they dont have to contribute as much,FALSE!! just because they have high lvl skills dont mean put all the work on THEM! then use up all thier resource's they contributed.
