The Newest Changes from our Guild Meeting

Please welcome one of our new Leaders x Aribeth X/x Mialee x to the family and WElcome our new council and new system of guild operations.

First we have a new but still old way of operation in the guild.First off we have a 2nd guild leader now and everyone please welcome Aribeth to the guild she is very kind and knows the job well.Sencond we have a new council and i want everyone to welcome them and congratulate them on their new positions.Nothing has changed with the old council no one has been demoted but some changes have been made.For instants the council has been divided into groups.Each group is in control of their section of council and everything is over seen by them.Then council make all reports back to the guild leaders and we all sit down and come up with the answers and solutions to any problems or dilemmas.

Guild Leaders = Torian Lepper/Rylgoth/Belthezar and x Aribeth x/x Mialee x : All final decisions are made by us and the council , however we are the only ones that can override any council members decisions.Aribeth will be the guild leader to work with the resource Captains , Myself will be the guild leader to work with the hunts Captains.

Captain of the Guard = Leadpoison : Leadpoison is second in command to the Guild Leaders if he says it , you take it as if the Guild Leaders said it , if you ask why the answer is because we gave him the okay.He will over see everything and report it back to the Resource and hunt Captains and back to the leaders from there we take action as a whole unit.Remember we make all decisions as a council and Leadpoison is the Head of council.So not test him in his position , if the rest of council and the Guild Leaders find out or feel that you have or are you will be removed.His job carries a lot of responsibilities so he does not need any BS from anyone

Resource Captains = Mightymick , Gilbrax Krylles ,Ghostly Whisper/Iron Loganata , Osumwa and Tindalos : Mightymick is the Main Resource Captain , everything that comes in the guild and goes out Mick will see and will keep track of , That being said DO NOT BS the Mick or any of the other resource Captains.There will be serious PROBLEMS and we will deal with it in a serious matter and will deal with it FAST.Gilbrax Krylles is the Captain of Rune crafting and Alchemy the Majority of these 2 resources will be handled by him.Ghostly Whisper/Iron Loganata is the wood resource Captain all wood resources will be handled by her and Osumwa is the Ore/ingot resource Captian all ore/ingot resources will be handled by him.Tindalos is the Guild Blacksmith he will take orders for black smithing granite we have an abundance od blacksmiths in the guild which will assist him in any orders that need to be done.However if you DO NOT donate to the guild in some fashion your orders will be put at the bottom of the list if at all.Together these are the Guild Resource Captains and they will make frequent reports to the Guild leaders.We will make sure everyone gets what they NEED and want as long as it is reasonable and you donate like the rest of us.

Guild Hunt Captains = Skin/Diffusion , Roid Rage , Stony , Dark Arrow : Skin/Diffusion and Stony are in charge of Dragon farming a.k.a. collecting scales Roid Rage and Dark Arrow will be right along with them however Roid Rage and Dark Arrow will be starting other hunts and running them such as , Guild hunting Mino Island , BFD , Artraxsis , Lich Prince , and many more various hunts.They will keep logs on these quest and timers on the bosses

Guild leaders = Torian Lepper/Rylgoth/Belthezar and x Aribeth x/x Mialee x : we are your Guild leaders we take our jobs as your Leaders very serious but , do not forget we are your best friends we think of this more like a Family than a Guild but everything needs some structure.

Torian Lepper Guild hunt Master I work very closely with the Guild hunt Captains

x Aribeth x/x Mialee x wroks very closely with Resource Captains

Braque/Broque Co-founder of the guild

Leadpoison Second in command works very closely with the Leaders and the rest of Council

Mightymick , Gilbrax Krylles , Ghosthly Whisper/Iron Loganata , Osumwa and Tindalos are the Resource Captains

Skin/Diffusion ,Stony ,Roid Rage , Dark Arrow are the Guild hunt Captains

Prong and Dr Natas are Masters of the hunt they work alone but if you need their help all you have to do is ask.

Lady Gwar is the Guild cook and also works alone if you need help or have questions just ask her.

Smokeyboy and Jim Digriz are 2 VERY talented members of this council and guild they do more for us than you see if you need help just ask them you need advise ask them they have it.
